Approval to award contracts over £500k for a new visitor centre and park restoration/landscaping works as part of the Parks for People (BIG Lottery and Heritage Lottery Fund) funded Renaissance and Renewal project.

To authorise the Director for Community Services, in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Resources and the Executive Member for Community Services, to award the contracts for Houghton Hall Park Renaissance and Renewal project in order to facilitate time critical landscape works ahead of the bird nesting season.
