Purpose:
To approve expenditure for playing pitches, changing facilities and car parking at Astral Park, Leighton Buzzard. The project is led by Leighton Linslade Town Council, with project management advice and support provided by Leisure Services. The scheme is funded entirely by Section 106 funds of £1.1m.
Decision:
To authorise the Director of Sustainable Communities and the Chief Finance Officer, in consultation with the Executive Member for Sustainable Communities – Services, to release £1.1m from the Capital Programme, on a phased basis to Leighton Linslade Town Council.
