To approve the adoption of Planning Guidance for Solar Farms for Development Management Purposes.
Decision:
1. That the guidance note on solar farm development in Central Bedfordshire, as amended, be adopted as technical guidance for development management purposes.
2. To authorise the Director of Regeneration and Business, in consultation with the Executive Member for Regeneration, to make minor amendments to the technical guidance note prior to its publication.
