To agree in principle the agreement of the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership's (SEMLEP) Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) and to delegate to the Leader, in consultation with the Chief Executive, to approve the final SEP and engage in relevant governance arrangements.

1.      That the emerging South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP) Strategic Economic Plan be endorsed.

2.      To authorise the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to agree on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council the submission of the SEMLEP Strategic Economic Plan and Local Growth Deal negotiations.
