To adopt as a Supplementary Planning Document the Central Bedfordshire SuDS Guidance.

1.         That the revised Sustainable Drainage Guidance be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document in support of current adopted planning policy and technical guidance for the purposes of development management in support of policy in the emerging Development Strategy.

2.         To authorise the Director of Regeneration and Business Support, in consultation with the Executive Member for Strategic Planning and Economic Development, to make any minor amendments to the Sustainable Drainage Guidance prior to publication.
