To receive the quarter 1 budget monitoring reports for the Revenue, Capital and Housing Revenue Account.

1.         That the overall forecast position which is to spend £111.7m compared to a budget of £116.8m be approved.

2.         To request officers to carefully examine their forecast spend to determine how realistic the proposals to defer spend into 2015/16 are.
