To receive the quarter 2 budget monitoring reports for the Revenue, Capital and Housing Revenue Account.

1.      That the revenue forecast position which is currently an overspend compared to budget by £1.1m, be noted.

2.      To request officers to continue with their efforts to achieve as a minimum a balanced outturn position or an underspend.
