1. That the proposal to introduce a 4 metre wide segregated pedestrian / cycle route on Billington Road be deferred for one cycle to allow for the investigation of hedge maintenance and drainage issues affecting the scheme and consideration of alternative alignments for a path linking the Toucan crossing.
2. That the proposal to introduce a Toucan crossing on Billington Road be implemented.
3. That the proposal to introduce a 30mph speed limit on Billington Road, A505 / A4146 be implemented.
