To receive the draft Housing Strategy for consideration and recommendation to Council.

RECOMMENDED to Council

1.      That the Central Bedfordshire Housing Strategy, attached at Appendix 1 to the Executive report, be endorsed.

2.      To authorise the Director of Regeneration and Business, in consultation with the Executive Member for Regeneration, to make any future minor amendments that may be required to the Housing Strategy.
