For the Executive to approve the commencement of engagement to determine the Council’s day offer for vulnerable adults and older people.

1.      To authorise the commencement of Stage 1 of the process to improve the day offer for older people and adults with disabilities, as set out in paragraphs 31 to 34 of the report.

2.      That a report be presented to a future Executive meeting detailing the outcome of the processes set out in paragraphs 31 to 34 of the report, and requesting approval of the future offer.
