The emerging approach to the integration of health and social care in Central Bedfordshire, including integrated health and care hubs.

1.      That the emerging vision for integrating services and the continuing engagement with stakeholders be endorsed.

2.      That a further report be submitted to the Executive, following consideration and involvement by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee that sets out the approach to integration.

3.      That a further report be submitted to the Executive that details a potential delivery and investment plan for integrated health and care hubs in Central Bedfordshire.
