Explain the actions proposed to achieve practical compliance with the Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and ensure best value is obtained from the suppliers of systems that enable the Council to obtain and process electronic payments from local taxpayers, tenants and other service users.

To authorise the Chief Information Officer and Chief Finance Officer, in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Resources, to make contract awards in respect of the tender for payment services.
