To receive a response to the Corporate Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee enquiry into Council Responsiveness following the Executive meeting on 4 April 2017.

That the response, set out at Appendix A to the report, be approved including the proposed actions to be taken in light of the recommendations of the enquiry.
