To secure provision and delivery of in scope support services for children and young people.

That the proposed option be approved to procure:

·         five separate contracts for services for 0-12 year aligned to the localities,

·         one all age, all area contract for supervised contact service; and

·         one contract for universal and targeted youth provision.
