To approve the Council's Equality Strategy which sets out the Council's vision and approach to ensuring all sections of the community get high quality services appropriate to their needs and also sets out how the Council will meet its legal responsibilities to ensure consideration of equality is integrated in to its service planning, delivery and human resource systems.
