The report presents the policy framework in relation to housing delivery rates that may be required on sites with planning permission through Section 106 agreements. Executive is asked to endorse this note as technical guidance for development management purposes.

1.         That the Housing Delivery Clause Technical Note be endorsed as planning guidance for Development Management purposes.

2.         That the Director of Regeneration and Business be authorised, in consultation with the Executive Member for Regeneration, to make any minor amendments to the Housing Delivery Clause Technical Guidance Note.
