Site Inspection Appointment(s)

 

Members are reminded that the Committee’s next meeting will not be held until 28 April 2010, following the Council’s Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2010.  As a result, and in accordance with Appendix A of the Code of Practice for (the) Conduct of Site Investigations, the timing and arrangements for the conduct of any site inspections required prior to 28 April will be agreed by the Assistant Director, Legal and Democratic Services and the Assistant Director of Development Management in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee.

Members were reminded that the Committee’s next meeting would not be held until 28 April 2010, following the Council’s Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2010.  Members were further reminded that, as a result, and in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Code of Practice for [the] Conduct of Site Inspections, the timing and arrangements for the conduct of any site inspections required prior to 28 April would be agreed by the Assistant Director, Legal and Democratic and the Assistant Director, Development Management in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee.
