that the minutes o the meeting of the Licensing Committee held on the 13 November 2013 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

The Chairman advised that the Licensing Conference she attended had been very informative.

Refresher training would be arranged for the Committee as soon as possible after the 1 May 2014 AGM.

The Committee meetings will be starting from 10.00am for the 2014/15 municipal year.

To receive petitions from members of the public in accordance with the Public Participation Procedure set out in Annex 2 of Part A4 of the Constitution.

No petitions had been received.

To receive any questions, statements or deputations from members of the public in accordance with the Public Participation Procedure as set out in Annex 1 of Part A4 of the Constitution.

To consider the Health and Safety (as a Regulator) Service Plan 2014-2016 and approve its adoption.

The Committee received and considered a report of the Community Services Director providing an update on the work undertaken and work to be undertaken by Public Protection against the above plan in relation to the regulation of Health and Safety at work in Central Bedfordshire.

The Committee noted minor amendments to the report which the Service Manager undertook to make.
