(1)              that the meeting be adjourned under Regulation 12 of the Licensing Act 2005 in respect of the Applicant not being served the adequate 10 days notice period of the meeting date.

(2)              that the meeting be re-adjourned on Wednesday 20 May 2009 at 9.30am.
