Election of Chairman To appoint a Central Bedfordshire Councillor as Chairman for the meeting. Minutes:
The Committee was invited to make nominations for the Chairman for this meeting of the Wixams Joint Development Committee.
Councillor Ken Matthews, Central Bedfordshire Council was the only candidate nominated and seconded. He was therefore appointed Chairman.
RESOLVED
that Councillor Ken Matthews be elected Chairman for this meeting of the Wixams Joint Development Control Committee.

In advance of consideration of the Planning Application the Committee received a Late Sheet advising it of additional consultation/publicity responses, comments and proposed additional/amended conditions. It had been noted that Bedford Borough Council had experienced computer difficulties and were unable to provide any comments for inclusion in the Late Sheet. Notwithstanding this officers from Bedford Borough Council confirmed that there were no further points to raise other than those on the late sheet reported during the Committee meeting. A copy of the Late Sheet is attached as an Appendix to these Minutes.
