The Committee received a report regarding Planning Application No. CB/16/04143/RM for Reserved Matters following Outline approval on planning application MB/99/01694/OUT (CBC) and 99/01695/OUT (BCC). The Reserved Matters was for approval of access, appearance, layout, landscaping and scale for 187 dwellings, associated highways and ancillary works at land off Ampthill Road, Houghton Conquest.
The Central Bedfordshire Council planning officer informed the Committee that, immediately prior to the meeting, it had been established that the ‘red line’ plan submitted by the developer with regard to this application was incorrect.
