That the proposal to install a Raised Table in Cambridge Road, Dunton be implemented as published.

To seek the approval of the Executive Member for Community Services for the implementation of No Waiting at any time restrictions on West Hill, Aspley Guise. 

Decision:

That the proposal to install no waiting at any time in West Hill, Aspley Guise be implemented as published.

School Lane and Ampthill Road, Shefford - Consider Objection to waiting restrictions pdf icon PDF 498 KB

To seek the approval of the Executive Member for Community Services for the implementation of No Waiting at any time restrictions and No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am and 3.00pm – 4.30pm on School Lane and Ampthill Road, Shefford.

Decision:

That the proposal to install No Waiting at any time and No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am and 3.00pm to 4.30pm on School Lane and Ampthill Road, Shefford be implemented as published with a  rationalisation of signage accordingly.

Oakwood Avenue, Dunstable – Petition regarding Excessive Traffic Speed and Improved Signing pdf icon PDF 226 KB

To note the receipt of a petition submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council and suggest a way forward.

Decision:

That the Executive Member for Community Services noted the petition and that the lead petitioner be informed that there are no plans to introduce speed reduction measures in the area, however; the Police will be asked for mobile enforcement when available.

Chiltern Road, Dunstable – Petition regarding Excessive Traffic Speed pdf icon PDF 420 KB

To note the receipt of a petition submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council and suggest a way forward.

Decision:

That the Executive Member for Community Services noted the petition and that the lead petitioner be informed that the effects of the current scheme need to be evaluated before consideration is given to any additional measures and the Police will be asked for mobile enforcement when available.

To note the receipt of a petition submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council and suggest a way forward.

 

Decision:

That the Executive Member for Community Services noted the petition and that the lead petitioner be informed that consideration could be given to on-street parking restrictions in the 2016/17 financial year if funding is available.
