1.    That the petition be noted.

2.    That Highway Officers ensure that contractors discuss any proposals for reviewing the parking provision in Dunstable with Ward Members.

3.    That Officers produce a proposal for a temporary scheme to be put in place taking a holistic approach and using the resource of the other roads in the area.

1.    That a timber knee rail be installed around the perimeter of the green to prevent overrunning and that Officers look at the appropriateness of planting bushes in the area.

2.    That a one-way traffic order is implemented in Chiltern Close, Ampthill.

3.    That Officers review whether there is a need for additional parking in Chiltern Close once the other measures have been implemented.

4.    That Ward Members discuss with the Town Council the possibility of utilising the local Fire Station parking during school drop off and pick up times.

2.    That Officers review the deregulation of parking bays in Princes Street and Albion Street and introduce a temporary order for one hour parking restrictions during working hours for local residents and businesses.

To seek the approval for the implementation of traffic calming measures in the form of two raised tables on Handscombe End Road, Shillington.

1.    That a raised table at a nominal height of 75mm and approximately 6 metres long, including ramps, extending across the full width of the road is implemented as published at the following location in Shillington:

-       Hanscombe End Road, at a point directly outside no.15 Hanscombe End Road

-       Hanscombe End Road, at a point approximately 25 metres north-west of a point in line with the centre line of its junction with Chalkley Bush Close.

2.    That Officers develop a proposal in order to reduce the speed limit on the approach into the North end of Shillington to be considered at a future Traffic Management Meeting.
