This report seeks the approval of the Executive Member for Sustainable Communities - Services for the introduction of 40mph speed limit on the junction of Beancroft Road, Bedford Road, Roxhill Road and Marston Hill, Marston Moretaine. Decision: 1. that the proposal to introduce 40mph speed limit on Beancroft Road, Bedford Road junction, Marson be agreed as advertised but not implemented until the extra section on Marston Hill be advertised to reduce to 40mph speed limit also.
2. that the requested speed limits on adjacent lengths of road be assessed.

Decision: that a Controlled Parking Zone with a Prohibition of Waiting Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 09.30am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm (single yellow lines) be implemented on the whole length of Poplar Close.
