The report proposes changes to the grant allocation of NHS Campus Closure Grant.

That the changes to the NHS Campus Closure Capital Programme be approved as follows:

(a)               that a grant of £1,200,000 for major refurbishment/redesign to improve the accommodation and create one and two bedroom flats for 14 people in Dunstable be approved.

(b)               that  a grant of £90,000 for the refurbishment of bathrooms for up to 6 older people with Learning Disabilities in Everton be approved.

(c)               that a grant of £180,000 for additional capital required to fund a project in Biggleswade be approved.

The report proposes changes to the grant allocation of NHS Campus Closure Grant.

That the changes to the NHS Campus Closure Capital Programme be approved as detailed below:

(a)               that a grant of £480,000 for major refurbishment and redesign to create up to 8 one bedroom flats in Bromham be approved.

(b)               that a grant of £360,000 for major refurbishment to create accommodation for up to 6 people as supported living in Carlton be approved.
