Better infrastructure for Shefford before more homes are developed
We the undersigned petition the council to We want improvements made to local infrastructure before more developments go ahead, specifically the conversion of The Birches care home into temporary housing. We want better car parking for the home, safer road access eg roundabout and private entrance on Hitchin Road, larger Doctors surgery, better transport links to the larger towns and the pot holes already in Shefford to be repaired.
Shefford is already struggling to cope with the increased number of residents. To make sure we can continue t be a thriving, growing community we need satisfactory infrastructure for us and the surrounding villages.
