George Street,Ashton Road parking permits
We the undersigned petition the council to Introduce residents only parking permits due to local business ,shoppers, Commuters and neighbouring streets using this as free parking. The current situation is causing poorly , dangerous parking conditions with no consideration for local residents.
These streets are currently used by twenty local shops, two care homes , people living on the high street, the builders working on Ashton school and no doubt the future new residents and people seeking free parking who work in the town.
