Consultation process
A wide ranging public and stakeholder consultation is taking place between November 2012 and February 2013. Method is questionnaires and consultation workshops, including a Member seminar held in August 2012. Social Care, Health and Housing Overview and Scrutiny Committee to be consulted on 4 March 2013.
