Framework Agreement for Care Homes With and Without Nursing in Central Bedfordshire

To ask the Executive to:
- authorise the arrangements for entering into the Framework Agreement for care homes within Central Bedfordshire which was approved on 6 November 2012;
- approve the successful providers to be accepted onto the Framework Agreement (if available); and
- agree the approach to ensuring the quality of care homes by implementing the new Quality Monitoring System in conjunction with the Framework Agreement.
