In line with Council Contract Standing Orders to approve a waiver from procurement procedure rules to extend the current Domiciliary Care Framework contract that has been in place since 2013 to 30 September 2017 to enable a new framework to be procured. The sum for this period exceeds the £200,000 threshold and as such the requires Executive approval.
