Homes & Communities Agency Grant : 2016-21 Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme
The Council were
successful in securing £5.61m from the Homes &
Communities Agency (HCA) towards the delivery of 187 homes under
the 2016-21 Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme.
The grant relates to Houghton Regis Central and Crescent Court and
is critical to the affordability of both projects.
This report seeks the approval of the executive to enter into
contract with the HCA.
