The Council as Lead Local Flood Authority for the area is required to provide a review of its 2011 ‘Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment’. This is a national requirement on all unitary and top tier authorities under the Flood Risk Regulations 2009 and needs to be completed by June 2017.
